Frequently asked questions
Find answers to the most common questions about our hosting services.
General
- Yes, we have web servers with a management panel. We set them up after you get in touch, so we can match the parameters to whatever will run on them.
- Yes. Beyond hosting we also build websites and applications, from a simple one-page site to a dedicated app written from scratch. Write to us with what you have in mind and we will work out the scope and the timeline.
- Yes, our offer is flexible. You can contact us at any time to upgrade your plan. Thanks to our own infrastructure, we can dynamically adjust resources to the growing requirements of your project.
- Hosting for a website is usually up within a day of agreeing the details. For website projects the timeline depends on the scope, so we give you one after the first conversation, before anything starts.
Minecraft
- Yes, we give you complete freedom! You have direct access to server files (via SFTP and the client panel) and can install any server software (Spigot, Paper, Forge, Fabric) as well as upload your own modpacks, maps, or plugins without any artificial restrictions.
- Of course. Our panel lets you change the engine version quickly. Whether you want to play on the latest release or classic 1.8 for PvP - the choice is yours, and you can change it at any time.
- You get our own panel, built for this infrastructure. It gives you full real-time control over the console, files and settings of your server. It is not an off-the-shelf panel that looks the same at half the hosts out there. We build it ourselves, so if something is missing, we can add it.
Infrastructure
- The servers run on Ryzen 9 7900 processors, DDR5 memory and NVMe drives. We do not resell anyone else's resources: the hardware is ours and it sits in Wrocław, so we have full control over performance and stability.
- Security is fundamental. Our infrastructure in Wrocław is protected by Anti-DDoS systems that filter out malicious traffic.
- All of our infrastructure is in Wrocław, Poland. Thanks to that location, latency (ping) stays very low for players and users across Poland and Central Europe.
- In addition to standard security measures, we maintain completely separate physical servers dedicated exclusively to storing regularly performed backups.
Payments
- You pay up front for the period you choose: a month, a quarter or six months. There are no fixed-term contracts and no cancellation fees. If you do not renew, the service simply expires.
