How we work together
You talk to whoever builds it
From the first email you talk to the person who will later write the code and set up the server. There is no salesperson or project manager in between, so nothing gets lost when agreements are passed along.
If the site is going to live with us afterwards, nobody passes responsibility back and forth between the developer and the host. Code and server are in the same hands, so it is always clear who looks after them.
Who this is for
A sole trader, a clinic, a workshop, an accounting office, a local repair shop or a small studio. It works best when one or two people make the decisions on your side and things can be settled in a single conversation.
Why small businesses
A small business does not need an agency with an account team and a series of meetings before the quote. It needs a site that works and someone who replies to the point. We built our whole process around that way of working, which is why we deliberately stay out of tenders and large corporate rollouts.

In your own words
Tell us what should be built and who will use it. You do not need a brief or a specification, we will ask about the rest.

Scope and deadline
After a few questions you know exactly what will be built and when. The price is fixed for the agreed scope, and if something new comes up along the way, we talk about it first.

After launch
The site can stay with us and be looked after, or move to another host. In the second case we hand everything over with instructions.
