We are our own first client
The client panel at panel.mistycloud.pl is an application written from scratch: registration, payments, automatic server provisioning, a live console, backups, Discord login. Real customers use it, and we maintain it every day.
In a small business an application usually starts with one thing that eats up time. At one repair shop it was repair records scattered across several places. Now there is one panel that shows the status of every job, and the warranty card generates itself.
A panel for your customers
Customers log in and check an order's status or download an invoice on their own. Fewer phone calls asking whether it is ready yet.
A tool for your team
Jobs or schedules in one place, where everyone sees what they have access to. You can also see who changed what and when, without digging through a spreadsheet.
Connecting other systems
If you copy data from one program to another today, the two can usually be connected through an API. That is how we hook up payments or accounting software, for example.
Security and GDPR
Permissions and encrypted backups are part of the project from the start. We only collect the data that is really needed, because every extra field is an extra GDPR obligation.

How we work

How you work today
We start with who does what and where data gets retyped by hand. If it turns out a well-configured off-the-shelf tool is enough, we will tell you that too.

Stages with their own price
Larger projects are split into stages. Each has its own scope and price, and after each one something already works and can be used.

Launch and ongoing care
The application launches on our server or yours. After that we keep an eye on it and add new features when they are needed.
